Swim Lessons

On Monday Hannah started swim lessons...well if you can call it that. It is more like play time in the pool with lots of toys and a little bit of lessons. I guess at least she is becoming more comfortable with the water. On Monday they taught her how to walk in water that is about up to her chest...well at least they taught her to be comfortable walking in water that high. Yesterday our lesson was blowing bubbles in the water, something which Hannah did not really want to do, she was more interested in playing with the hundreds of floating toys around her, which of course I really can't blame her. Also her friend Sydney is in the class and I swear when these two girls get together they just become crazy and don't listen...it is lots of fun, especially when you are in the pool trying to teach them a lesson.
We finally got her to blow bubbles in the pool...yay! At one point the teacher was observing her and Hannah accidentally took in some water instead of blowing it out. Hannah had a painful look on her face and the teacher asked her if she was o.k. and if she took in some water. Hannah gave her a very serious look and asked "Can you take the water out?" She cracks us up. Can't wait to see what the lesson plan is today that Hannah and Sydney won't listen to. I am glad we are not paying a lot of money for this class.

I signed Tom and Abby up for swim lessons too! The beauty of our lessons is that I don't have to get in the water. Where are you taking yours?

That sounds like so much fun! I can't wait to get Ashley in swimming lessons. It is so good to have them be comfortable in the water.
